OpenJS did not authorize pump.fun or any other third party to use the OpenJS or nvm names, trademarks, logos, or branding in connection with $NVM, or to represent that the token is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenJS or the nvm project. Neither pump.fun nor any other third party was authorized by OpenJS to use the OpenJS or nvm names, trademarks, logos, or branding in a manner suggesting that $NVM was authorized, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with OpenJS or the nvm project.
